An Aberdeen teen was arrested after he allegedly pointed a gun, which had been stolen, at a 14-year-old boy during an argument in early January, said Aberdeen Police Department.

Da-mon Griffin, 19, was charged with first-degree assault and three gun-related crimes, court records show.

On Jan. 7, Griffin allegedly pointed the stolen Sig Sauer firearm at a 14-year-old during an argument. Following a search warrant executed at Griffin’s home, on Truman Street in East Aberdeen’s Winston’s Choice townhome community Thursday, police said they found the stolen 9mm gun.

Griffin was held without bail Thursday.
